This appetizer is poppin'. We combined hickory-smoked, sugar-free Bright Leaf Bacon, jalapeños, cheese, more cheese, and sour cream to create a spicy, mouth-watering dip—a good choice for any get-together or game day party.
Ingredients:
- (1 or 2) 12 oz. Packs of Bright Leaf Bacon (hickory-smoked and sugar-free)
- (5 - 7) Jalapeños
- (2) Blocks of Cheese
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- (1) 8 oz. Tub of Sour Cream
- (1) Box of Crackers

Cooking Instructions:
- Turn on the oven to 350 degrees
- Combine all of the sour cream and cream cheese in the skillet
- Add cooked, crumbled bacon pieces (till your heart's content)
- Dice jalapeño and add to the skillet's bacon, sour cream, and cream sheet mixture.
- Cover in shredded parmesan and cheddar cheese (to your liking)
- Mix everything and put in the oven for at least 15 minutes
- Pull out and sprinkle more shredded cheese on top
- Dip with a cracker and enjoy!
