I’m not from North Carolina but when my wife, whose people are from there, introduced me to fresh sausage. By far, it was the best breakfast sausage I have ever had. For the past 15 years I have been trying to find it again. Eureka! Jackpot, found it. While the taste and texture was not exact, it’s still better than any thing in the stores out here in MD. I LOVE IT.
