This Halloween recipe can either be made with Bright Leaf Hot Dogs or Red Hots. These biscuits are stuffed with Bright Leaf Hot Dogs, Bright Leaf Chili, and cheese for a fun twist on a classic chili cheese dog. They’re easy to make, packed with flavor, and perfect for your next Halloween party!
Ingredients:
- (1) 1 lb. Pack of Bright Leaf Hot Dogs
- (1) 12 oz. Container of Bright Leaf Chili
- Biscuits
- Shredded Cheese
- Halloween Baking Mold

Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Dice the Bright Leaf Hot Dogs. Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat and cook until you get a little char.
- In a separate small pot or pan, heat the chili over medium heat.
- While the hot dogs and chili are cooking, open the biscuits and cut each one in half horizontally to create a top and bottom layer.
- Lightly spray your Halloween mold with cooking oil to prevent sticking. Place the bottom biscuit layer into each mold.
- Add chili, browned hot dogs, and cheese. Place the top biscuit layer over the filling and pinch the edges closed.
- Bake until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with mustard for dipping and enjoy! 🌭🎃
