If you forget to turn on your alarm, don't worry! This Hawaiian Roll French Toast Recipe will get you out of bed and your taste buds salivating! We combined the classic French toast with Hawaiian rolls, Bright Leaf Bacon, eggs, and lots of cheese.
Ingredients:
- (1) 12 oz. Pack of Bright Leaf Bacon
- (1) 12 Pack of Hawaiian Rolls
- 8 Eggs (for French toast mixture and scrambled eggs)
- 1/2 Cup of Milk
- American Cheese Slices
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
- Maple syrup
- Powder Sugar
- Butter

Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, and set aside.
- Whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Dip each Hawaiian roll half into the egg mixture, coating both sides evenly.
- Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook the Hawaiian roll halves on the griddle, cut side down, until golden brown and slightly crisp, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the Hawaiian roll halves and place them on a baking sheet.
- Turn the stove on medium heat, grab a pan, cook the bacon to your desired crispiness, and break them in half.
- Make scrambled eggs in the same pan and use some bacon grease for added flavor.
- Cover the rolls with cheese slices and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Top with scrambled eggs
- Place slices of Bright Leaf bacon on top of the eggs
- Place the top half of the Hawaiian rolls on top of the bacon to make a sandwich.
- Then cover in melted butter
- Bake the Hawaiian roll sliders in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the tops are lightly golden brown and the bacon is crispy.
- Cover everything in powdered sugar and drizzle some syrup.
- Remove the Hawaiian roll sliders from the oven, let them cool, and then enjoy!
