Ingredients:
- (1) Container of 15 oz. Bright Leaf BBQ
- (1) Box of Pancake/ Baking Mix
- (1) Block of Cheese

Cooking Instructions:
- Combine two cups of Bisquick, Bright Leaf BBQ, and 1lb. of cheddar cheese in a bowl.
- If the mixture feels too dry, add a little water until it's the right consistency.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and bake the BBQ bites for 16-18 minutes or until golden.
- Serve hot with Cackalacky Cheerwine Sweet Sauce or your choice of BBQ sauce. Enjoy!
